Abstract

Efficient management of student inquiries is a common challenge in educational institutions. Frequent questions about fees, existence, and academic processes often slow and increase the workload of management staff. To address this issue, a regular educational bot was developed to provide immediate and automated answers to common queries. A interactive support system use sample recognition techniques to identify keywords and provide accurate information without including employees.

Integrating this system into the institution’s website will improve accessibility, streamline communication and reduce repetitive questions. This approach not only improves management efficiency, but also ensures that students and parents receive timely information and ultimately improve user satisfaction.
